Once a lead is captured, it enters the pre-sales phase in TeleCRM. Here, we verify key details: a minimum budget of 2.5 lakhs, possession within the next six months, a minimum 50% modular requirement, and location within Bangalore’s urban or suburban areas. All initial calls are recorded, with screenshots of the first interaction saved for reference

Handing Over from Presales to Sales
With verified leads in TeleCRM, we transition from pre-sales to sales. The pre-sales team updates TeleCRM with all details, making it ready for our sales team. Listening to the initial call recording is essential for a smooth transition and ensuring no details are missed.

The next step is the EC visit. Meetings are scheduled with advance notice to the design team, allowing for a thorough walkthrough and design discussion. This is where clients get a first glimpse of their potential new space, leading us towards the booking phase
