Here, we verify key details: a minimum budget of 2.5 lakhs, possession within the next six months, a minimum 50% modular requirement, and location within Bangalore’s urban or suburban areas. All initial calls are recorded, with screenshots of the first interaction saved for reference

Handing Over from Presales to Sales
With verified leads in TeleCRM, we transition from pre-sales to sales. The pre-sales team updates TeleCRM with all details, making it ready for our sales team. Listening to the initial call recording is essential for a smooth transition and ensuring no details are missed.
